Damascus Community Church

It is interesting to compare the introductions of Paul’s letters, some addressed to the church or churches, but others like Colossians “to the saints and faithful brothers” or something similar. This is a great reminder that the church is the people, and a building is a tool owned by God to serve the people. Pray for the growth of the church (people) through new believers and spiritual maturity, and that any focus on facilities will always be for the good of the church (people) toward those ends.
