March 17-22, 2025 - Eagle Eye News

We enter the last week of the 3rd quarter, and it is a busy one! The first boys’ volleyball game and track meets kick off this week as elementary basketball wraps up their season. Get all the details here in this week’s edition of the Eagle Eye and please make note of the early release times for Friday’s half day. We pray you will all enjoy a fun and rejuvenating Spring Break the following week and come back ready to finish the 2024-2025 school year strong on Monday, March 31st!

Parents, as a reminder, please come to the school office for your needs. From late drop-off to an early pick-up and everything in between, the school office is the place to go. Parents should never go directly to the classroom without paying a visit to the school office first. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Attention High Schoolers! Save The Date for a Night Under the Stars DCS Spring Formal at The Aerie at Eagle Landing on Thursday, April 17th. Tickets will go on sale just following Spring Break on Monday, March 31st. More details to follow!

Also coming after Spring Break…the SkyTree Book Fair! SkyTree Book Fair is a nonprofit organization committed to family-friendly book fairs that let kids be kids. SkyTree believes that book fairs should not expose students to explicit content, but instead, nurture a love for reading through wholesome, age-appropriate adventures. They serve schools and families by pre-screening books and excluding literature that contains explicit content. Check out the SkyTree Book Fair Flyer and mark your calendars for Wednesday, April 2nd through Friday, April 4th!
